0844 Number Features

So you have an 0844 number now and its pointing to your existing landline number.  What can you do with it now?  The options are almost endless but we have chosen the best features that are available and have described them below for you:-

CALL WHISPER

This is a fantastic feature that allows you to know that you have had a call on your 0844 number.  For example.....A beauty spa has advertised 2 x 0844 numbers in Yell.com - One 0844 number is for nails and the other 0844 number is for waxing.  The beauty spa wanted to know how to handle the call so we placed a whisper on the numbers.  Every time a customer calls the 0844 number for nails the person answering the call receives a message in their ear saying "call for nails" and the call is connected to them.  They can then answer the call "Beauty Spa nail department how can i help you" - which makes them sound professional.  The other 0844 number plays a different message "call for waxing" so when a call is received the person answering the line can say "Beauty spa waxing department how can i help you".  This service also allows you to monitor your advertising as every call that whispers to you is a call from your advert.

Whisper costs £10 to set up and £5 per month rental.

IVR - EXAPMLE - "PRESS 1 FOR SALES, 2 FOR ACCOUNTS"

Do you need to direct certain calls to the relivant department or do you want your organisation to look bigger that it actually is?  With an IVR (Interactive Voice Response) you can direct people who have called you on your 0844 number to any location in your business.  Press 1 for sales - this call will be directed to a specific landline or mobile number where your sales person(s) are located, Press 2 for accounts - this call can be directed to where your credit controll team are.  The choice and salutation is determined by you and you can even record the messages yourself.

FAX TO EMAIL

Have your inbound faxes sent to your email address so that you can read them on any computer.  All you need to do is advertise your new 0844 numbers (which we can supply you) and when people send you a fax on this number we will convert it to a PDF and email you the file.
